Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days before dispatch.
In rare cases of supplier or production delays, processing may take up to approximately 2 months.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Shipping Fees

A flat shipping rate of R90 applies to all orders.

Faith Within is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking information is not provided.

Courier Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, Faith Within is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Faith Within is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
