Returns and Exchanges Policy

All purchases made through Faith Within are considered final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in the limited circumstances outlined below.

Eligible Exceptions

A replacement may be approved only if:

  • The item arrives damaged,

  • The incorrect item was sent, or

  • There is a manufacturing defect.

Reporting an Issue

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery through our website contact form.
To be considered, the request must include:

  • Clear photos of the item,

  • The order number, and

  • A brief explanation of the issue.

Requests submitted after 24 hours will not be eligible for review.

Resolution

If an issue is approved, a replacement item only will be provided.
Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

The customer is responsible for all return and replacement shipping costs.

Approved replacements will be sent only after the original item has been returned and received by us.

Sale Items

All sale or discounted items follow the same final sale policy and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
